Pat, you taught me a lot when we shared a desk in the early years at Coldwell Banker. Efficiency, positivity, discipline, and a winning attitude are the traits of success that immediately jump to mind. Then I saw you play softball… you could light up a softball like you could light up a room, and everything was always done with class and humility. Thanks, Pat, and may God bless you in eternal life!

For a good 18 months we would meet for breakfast at our office – maybe 3-4x’s per week. You had shared you did not like to eat alone in the condo – which was really just upstairs from the office. So we caught up on everything real estate, Chicago and just stuff. They were very special times. Laughter all the time. You chatted more than I did and I enjoyed listening. Giving answers to your questions. Be at peace. Big hug to Marc and the family. Eve Kronen – Scottsdale

Pat, you were sweet, kind and so much fun to be around, I have such fond memories of you (and Marc) from when I first met you and got to know you at Investors in 1988…. always laughing, joking and up to hijinks . And then years later, it was such fun meeting up again and being your nearby cubicle “neighbor” at Coldwell Banker… my deepest condolences to Marc and all of your loved ones, I hope you’re now playing tennis and pickleball on those heavenly courts

Dear Pat,
My pal for almost 30 years. When you came to Coldwell Banker on Diversey we immediately clicked and became fast friends.
You were one of the most competitive people I’ve ever known, great ball player and a sweet swing. I cherish the times we’d go to your Uncle Tom’s on the 4th and play game after game of 12” softball. You were also funny , smart and could talk to anyone, an absolute magnetic personality.
I remember the quirky things about you, the same lunch and snickers bar for years and years.
Rest easy my brother, I will see you again in paradise. Please make sure you save me a spot, if anyone can do it, it’s you. Love you pal

Pat, thanks for bringing joy to my life. I know Todd, Scott and myself always had a blast competing with you. The competition and camaraderie is something I know we will always remember and cherish in knowing you. May you rest in peace and know your memory is a blessing.

What a kind and gentle soul. I spent many, many hours on the pickleball court with Pat through our mutual friend Scott Barker. The two of them helped guide me into the Naples pickleball world and attribute a lot of my love for the game to the fun we had on the court. Pat always had such an amazing smile and positive spirit. I loved to compete with and against him…he was always ready to battle. May you find peace my friend.

It was an honor to get to know Pat and to share life with him especially Pickleball ! He was a great player and more importantly a friend! Pat and I started and learned pickleball together. We always helped each other become better ! Pat played a big part in helping me get certified. He became a certified Pro as well. I so appreciate my time with him on this earth. We had a lot of great memories on the court and off. May he rest in peace and may we meet again on the pickleball courts of Heaven! I close by saying one of our favorite lines together as we played pickleball better and better!

We’re Pickling Now!!!!
RIP my friend! ❤️ PBJ. PickleBallJimmy

Marc and family,

I’m so sorry for your loss. I’ll keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Pat touched many lives in Naples through pickleball. He was a great teacher, player, friend! He always encouraged everyone and had a big warm smile. He cured my yips, played in some tournaments with me and helped me get certified to teach. Pat’s great sense of humor always put a smile on my face!
