We love you oh so dearly! I am forever in your company as I remember so many of our warm telephone conversations when you lived independently in your Boston apartment. It was the very first time that I truly experienced your wonder. I saw you as more than my caring and complex aunt, but as a strong, resilient woman living in her truth. You were so attentive and always cared about me and how my son was growing, learning and listening.. Yes, over the years, I’ve missed our talks. I feel assured though that you are in amazing company —curled up in the arms of your mom, holding the hands of your brother and locked in a full embrace with your sister among others… We, as a family are comforted in knowing too that you and they are basking in the graces of God. Take great care my dear until we meet again.

This is from Paul Jean-Louis on behalf of the family, on this very sad occasion I as the designated spokesperson, I bring love, peace and our grieved condolences. We remember Tante Rosemonde in all her glory coming to visit Tante Popo and grandmere Madame Bal, she was full of life and energy. When in my errands I dropped by her house, she always had a kind word and obligatorily asked and sent her best wishes to my mother Mrs Marte Balthazar. In these current times, we can only send our deepest condolences and will continue to keep the family and the departed in our prayers. Stay safe, we will see you a year from now at the mass.

Dearest tante Rosemonde, I know you have gone to find bliss in the warm presence of your beloved mother, Ermite Germain. I know you could not wait another day to go sit and laugh with your lovable and caring sister, André. I also know that you missed your much admired little brother François, “Roro”, as we all remembered him… Yes I know you’ve finally found “la verité”, the truth, and eternal knowledge…but please, don’t forget the rest of us who are still on the other side, who loved you and will miss you so much. Watch down on us. Shine your bright light down on us. Thank you for your love.

Tante Rosemonde! That’s the name I’ve always known you by. Though it saddens me of your passing, I rejoice to know that you’re no longer in pain, but is in a happier place with our Lord and Savior. Until we meet again, Rest in blissful Peace!

Tante Rosemonde, thats a familar name i heard always from my mother’s mouth. You lived an honored life, covered with the word of the lord and peaceful by all accounts. May you rest well seated in the breast of the almighty, whom you have kept close to your heart always and forever on your lips. May you dwell eternally in the paradise promised to us all. Another angel on earth finally gained her wings, and another set of eyes from above. Sleep well as we continue to pour our live and memories of you jn our hearts and prayers.
