Mrs. Roxanne Kamilatos
February 15, 1926 – August 26, 2021

Roxanne Kamilatos, age 95 of Naples and formerly of Philadelphia, passed away August 26, 2021. She was born on February 15, 1926 to the late George and Blaga Peters.

In addition to her parents, Roxanne was preceded in death by her husband, Anthony; brother, John; sister, Alice; and daughter, Dina.

Roxanne is survived by her children, Dennis (Sam), Anne, and Marion; grandchildren, Dina, Elena, Theo, Tony, Stefano, and Antoni; great-grandchildren, Nikolas, Xander, and Dino; numerous nieces and nephews, and extended family members; and her beloved dog, Henri.

A proud Greek-American, Roxanne was active in the Greek community in Upper Darby, PA, as well as a member of the Macedonian Society and Cephalonia Society. She had been to Greece countless times, as well as France where she also has beloved family members.

Her family remembers Roxanne as a kind-hearted person who was loved by everyone. She felt sorrow for the less fortunate, and sacrificed of herself to ensure that her family had a good life. She was the embodiment of the verse “Love thy neighbor,” always ready with a kind word or a helping hand. She loved watching “Wheel of Fortune” and “Jeopardy!” and enjoyed Greek music and cuisine.
