Dear June and family,
We are so saddened by the passing of Phil. Even when I was young, I remembered Phil as a man filled with kindness, love and gentle humor. During the Behrens reunion when we all reunited, I found those traits still evident in Phil and am warmed by the memory. Please accept our most heartfelt condolences and know we are thinking and praying for you and your family.
