Friends and family will gather for visitation at Naples Funeral Home on Sunday, August 4, 2019 from 2:00pm until 4:00pm. Pastor Steve McGraw will lead a short funeral the same day, starting at 3:30pm. Mr. Kibler will be laid to rest with Military Honors at Sarasota National Cemetery on Monday, August 5, 2019 at 12:30pm.
