Mr. John L. McAllister
October 25, 1954 – December 17, 2020

John L. McAllister passed away on December 17, 2020. He was born on October 25, 1954 in Syracuse, NY to the late Albert and the late Jane (Featherly) McAllister. He was preceded in death by his brother, Albert “Nipper” McAllister.

John grew up in the Cicero area and moved to Lakeland, Fl in 2015. John worked at the Lakeshore Yacht and Country Club for 40 years. He enjoyed Nascar, old cars and his Huskies.

John is survived by his loving life partner, Deena; 1 daughter and 2 sons, Shannon (Jim Ostrowski) LaFlamme, Jeffery McAllister, and Ben (Lyndsey) McAllister; 4 grandchildren, Kevin (Mckenzie) Jr, Matthew, Emily, and Abrianna; 1 great grandson and 1 great granddaughter on the way; 3 sisters, and 1 brother.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Visitation on January 16, 2021 from 11 am – 1pm.
