It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Marc Porreca, born on March 02, 1958 in Hudson, NY, who was tragically taken in a motor vehicle accident on November 20, 2023 in Indiana. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Louis and Gracemary (Widermith) Porreca. Marc leaves behind a legacy of love and family, including his three children Lara, Anthony, and Kristen Porreca. He also leaves behind his four grandchildren and one great-grandson. Marc will be dearly missed by his siblings Louis, David, and Lisa Porreca. His family will forever feel his absence and miss him everyday.

Throughout his life, Marc dedicated over 30 years to his career as an over the road truck driver. His commitment and passion for his work were evident to all who knew him. He enjoyed traveling across the country on the open road and taking in the beauty that the country had to offer. Even though he was gone for long periods of time, he always made time to connect with his children and make sure that they knew how proud he was of them.

Acknowledging the untimely and tragic events, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
