Harvey Rosenthal, a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and beloved friend, passed away peacefully on February. 10, 2025 at the age of 89. A man of wisdom, generosity, and integrity, who touched many lives.
Harvey dedicated his career to public service, shaping government travel and transportation policies. He mentored others, ensuring their success. Even after retirement, he innovated in the private sector.
Beyond his achievements, Harvey served in every role imaginable at his synagogue community. His presence was a cornerstone of communal life, and his dedication to Jewish traditions was unwavering.
Harvey’s greatest joy was his family. He offered wise counsel, practical advice, and steadfast support. His love extended to dear friends.

True leadership is measured by wisdom, kindness, and integrity, as Parshat Yitro reminds us. Harvey’s memory will guide all who knew him.

We have lost a man (mensch) of great stature. He touched many lives, even my own, after the passing of my own father. His wise words earmarked with love and wisdom will not be forgotten. Many condolences and love to the Rosenthal and Weil family .
