George E. Poole (Ed) peacefully passed away on February 27th, 2024, at his home in Naples, FL, at the age of 63.
He is survived by his wife, Alicia Poole; son, Zachary Poole; daughter-in-law, Melissa Poole; daughter, Jessica Ford; son-in-law, Corey Ford; and four grandchildren: Aubree Poole, Wyatt Poole, Austin Ford, and Dustin Ford. He is also survived by his siblings: Mark Poole, Terry Parker, Miguel Rivera, Joe Poole, and Hank Medders, as well as many close friends.
Born on May 3, 1960, in Sanford, North Carolina, George was the son of George E. Poole II and Mariam Speagle.
George was passionate about bowling, fishing, and golf. He dedicated over 30 years to the roofing industry, working alongside his father, George, and later with his brother, Mark. He cherished spending time with his grandchildren, whether it was taking walks in the park, watching reruns of NCIS, or putting together puzzles.
A celebration of life will be held in the near future. All are welcome to attend and honor his memory.

My condolences to his family. He was another customer who became a friend. I could arrive at the house, have a good chat, which always made me feel good. My thoughts are with the family at this difficult time.
