To the family of Bob Spiro-my deepest sympathies. My father, Bob Brown, and Dr. Spiro had such a good friendship for many years. After my Dad died (in 2014) I have a fond memory of having dinner with Dr. and Mrs. Spiro at the Glen Ridge Country Club. Please know that my entire family, my husband Scott, my brother Bob and I are grateful for the friendship of Dr. Spiro and his wife. May he rest in peace and be with my Dad and Mom once again.

To the Family of one of my Good friend and one of my favorite special patients, words cannot express my sadness. Dr Spiro i will truly missing you my good friend i will be missing you coming every Mondays asking me hows my family doing and also what we always talk about.
